Nic Barbagallo spent fifteen years inside the medical device and pharmaceutical world before walking away from the corporate track to build his own things. Today he runs Thryve, an accounting and advisory firm he co-founded with his wife Rhiannon in McKinney, Texas, and works as a dealmaker helping small business owners sell the companies they spent their lives building. Which means he's spent his career doing one thing over and over: sitting across from people who know something cold, whether it's a surgical suite, a supply chain, or a family business built over thirty years, and asking questions until it makes sense.
